It may happen that your package could not be delivered although you were at home and is therefore in a parcel store. In this case, we would ask you to simply pick up your package in this parcel store.
Often it also happens that the delivery person has not put a notification in the mailbox. Therefore, it is important that you check the tracking and see where your package is.
If your package is returned to us because you did not pick up your package at the parcel store, we will unfortunately have to charge you again for shipping, as we will probably have to produce the item again and ship it to you.
