If the shipment has been "electronically announced", this means that the package is being prepared for dispatch. You will receive this message when we have created and printed a label.
In some cases, it may be that either the goods are still with us or the shipping service provider has not scanned the package or it has been lost during loading.
However, in the past it has often happened that an item has nevertheless arrived although the status is set to "electronically announced".
If the status has not changed after a total of 5 working days or the package has not arrived, please write us a message: Contact form. We will check the case and probably produce and send your goods again.
